A prisoner died of natural causes after being moved to a hospice for end-of-life care. Christopher Harper, 65, was serving a two-year sentence at HMP Oakwood for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order when he was transferred to a hospice after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
